Terms & Conditions

(Pupils & Trainees shall be referred to as “customers” below)

  • Customers must hold a valid UK driving licence and be able to read a number plate from the require distance.

  • Customers must NOT have consumed ANY alcohol or drugs not prescribed by a doctor.

 

  • Customers must inform the instructor prior to any lesson/training if they have taken any medicine or drugs that might affect their ability to drive.

 

  • Customers must inform the instructor and the DVLA of any medical condition that might affect their ability to drive.

 

  • Customers must wear appropriate footwear – low flat soles are best, no flip-flops please!

 

  • Please be mindful of the fact that other people will use and drive the car, so present yourself in a clean and hygienic manner with no pet hairs as some people might have an allergic reaction to these.

 

  • Customers must give at least 24 hours’ notice in order to postpone or cancel a lesson. Failure to do this will result in full payment being requested for the entire lesson.

 

  • The instructor reserves the right to refuse the use of the car for a driving test if it is felt the pupil is not ready for the test.

 

  • Customers will not be expected to share the car with another pupil/trainee during their own lesson.

 

  • Payment must be made prior to or at the beginning of the lesson by online bank transfer – cash or payment by card cannot be accepted. Late payment may incur an administration fee of £10.

 

  • Booking or partaking of any training constitutes acceptance of the above Terms & Conditions.
